Jaisalmer has covered various arts and crafts which are unique to attract all the visitors. The place is something called a home away from home. Jaisalmer is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Jaisalmer is one of the most preferred event organizing destinations in Rajasthan. Roadies (India’s T.V. show), Balika Badhu, Maharana Pratap, and many movies were shot in various locations and famous Fort structured hotels of Jaisalmer. Tourism is a major industry in Jaisalmer. Visit during the months of November and December and you will enjoy this beautiful city to its fullest.

 5. Pushkar

Pushkar is a town at the border of the Thar Desert. It lies in the Ajmer District of Rajasthan. Pushkar is often described as the king of pilgrimage sites in India. It is located on the shores of the Pushkar Lake, which is said to be created by the tears of Lord Shiva.  It is famous for its temples and various Ghats which are visited by hundreds of devotees during the annual bath. The water of the lake is considered to be sacred.

6. Mount Abu

7. Ajmer

It was built by the Mughal emperor Akbar. Apart from being a pilgrimage site, it is also the home of many fascinating historic destinations and therefore welcomes tourists from all over the world.

8. Chittorgarh
